Some FAQ : My home has one king bed, one twin size Futon and three Queen size Air Mattress.
I allow guest to leave condiments in the fridge like ketchup and mustard etc. Fridge is always wipe down and condiments are also wiped down and sanitize.
My King Bed has 5 large dressers attached so even though closet is locked for storage you won't need to live out your suitcase.
Parking is reimbursement to you upon checking out up to 5 nights of your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. It was super convenient to the subway and about 25 mins from the National Mall and all museums on the yellow line. Across the street is a market and several other stores and food places. And it’s a 5 minute drive to Wegmans and any other conveniences needed. Parking is pretty easy and you get reimbursed for the first 5 nights. If you park out front you can actually see your vehicle from the dining room window. Quiet complex with a nearby park for young kids or dogs. The bed is comfortable and the TVs give you access to all the major streaming services. This place is ideal for a couple and could work with young kids as well. We had two teenagers and a dog with us. The space was fine for all of us bc we all get along great on vacation but if your teens need privacy that’s probably going to be an issue. They will need to sleep on air mattresses in the open concept living area. There is a futon in the office that could be suitable for young kids. Worked for us but maybe not for everyone. Air mattresses are very comfortable though! There is a pool in the complex that looked very clean. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had.

The apartment was a great size for my family of 5. The house was clean, Jeff was a very responsive owner. The property itself is lovely and close to so many things including the metro. The decor in the house is so cute. Living room projector TV isn’t the best as it seems to be fading but we managed to still watch it with no issues. Jeff is a wonderful host and you’ll love this little space!!
