Step into the top floor and let the Rocky Mountains fill every window. This 5th-floor corner penthouse delivers panoramic views of both the mountain range and the Denver skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass and a corner-to-corner patio -- morning coffee with the mountains directly ahead never gets old.

THE SPACE:
Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8. California King in the primary bedroom, Two Twin XL beds (convertible to King configuration) in the second bedroom, California King in the third bedroom, and 2 rollaway beds. Modern Moroccan design throughout, full chef's kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. Spacious, airy, and built for groups.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking ($25/night) with EV charging. Free street parking also available.

We were bummed that the bathroom was so far from the one bedroom. The screen door knob was broken. Other than that, very clean. Lovely space. Great location!

Amazing communication, location, and even left us local hot spots to visit. Beautiful view of the city walking distance from Broncos stadium. We even got the chance to check out Colorado in nearby Boulder. The only thing that could’ve made it any better was if the Falcons won. Maybe next time ;)

The unit had a great view of the city from the balcony and a wonderful 360 from the roof. Little restaurants and shops in the LoHi area were super convenient walking distance for the most part. The unit was very spacious. Overall good experience BUT, couches had spots all over them, TVs were frustrating to operate with apparently no channels unless you log in to your own service (no instructions), gas for fire pit and grill did not work, there wasNOT a fitness area as stated, and the smoke alarm chirped ALL weekend despite me calling in about it several times. Parking isn’t as easy as it was made out to be because it’s all first come on the street and in the evening VERY HARD to park close, thus afternoon checkin lugging bags a block wasn’t easy or convenient. (Someone was always parked in loading zone. No Mexican restaurant downstairs like it made it seem either.
