THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom and Queen bed in the second bedroom sleep 4 comfortably. Twin rollaway beds are available upon request for up to 6 total. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. The 2nd floor location sits perfectly between street energy and skyline calm.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Everything was great! Great space, well thought out amenities. If you want guaranteed parking, pay for the garage. We were there four nights and were able to find parking on the street outside the building three of four nights.

The host was very communicative from the start.The loft was nice and perfect for our needs.We found good food within walking distance with the Fox and Hen being my favorite for breakfast. Get there early because they get busy fast.We went for a hockey game. Took an easy walk to downtown the day of the game and Ubered back to the loft late that night. Great day in Denver. The checkout process was easy, and they asked that we take out the trash, which was much more reasonable than other places I've stayed where they have a list of things you have to do before you leave. The balcony is fine if you want some quick fresh air, but the building is on a busy street and there isn't a nice view. This is obviously just personal preference as I am sure there are some that would enjoy it. The instructions to get in the building need to be updated, but I pointed that out to the host, and I am sure they will address it. No green button on the keypad so you push # instead. No big deal. One nitpick is that the windows need to be cleaned and the couch has a few little stains. Would I stay here again? Yes.
