This quaint little guest house is completely separate from the main home on the property and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit out in the front yard. There is a queen size bed in the main living area and a twin bed in a separate smaller room, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. One bathroom with a shower. No pets and no smoking allowed. The property is surrounded by cornfields across from the home and a beautiful pasture right next door that has a few horses. Plenty of parking is available in front of the guest home (including room for a trailer in case you are pulling one). Gorgeous mountain views and easy, quick access to downtown. There is a comfy loveseat and television, and high speed Wi-Fi is available.
