About this apartment rental
A comfortable two bedroom apartment, overlooking the pool and situated in a great location, central to everything you need such as the main bus stop of Las Americas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc... and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.Local places to visit include Siam Water Park, fun for all ages, many golf courses, beautiful beaches, boat trips to see whales and dolphins, jeep safaris, rafting bikes, para-gliding, scuba diving and quad safaris.....

What an outstanding dainty little apartment in the heart of Las Americas!! Location provided easy access to the vibrant nearby social life. The pool is thankfully quite shallow, as our friend cannot swim!!
Toilet paper ran out on day 5, but thankfully the bathroom had a bidet to save our blushes!

We stayed almost three weeks. The apartment has a fantastic location with sun all day on the balcony. A quiet complex. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for longstay with daily dinner preparation. There was a lot missing in kitchen equipment so we had to buy some to be able to cook dinner. The equipment is more suitable for cooking breakfast and a simple lunch. We have rented other apartments in the complex that have been fully equipped for cooking. The plates were far too small so we had to have two to fit the food. Parts of the refrigerator were broken and the oven did not work well. We were missing a vacuum cleaner, oven dish, lid for the microwave, sun loungers on the balcony, chair cushions for the balcony chairs, so we had to use bath towels. A shame for such a nice apartment otherwise. We will be back in March and hope that what was broken has been repaired. We will bring kitchen equipment so we can cook then./Paul and Eva-Britt
