Here you have a cozy cottage in Fröseke, southern Sweden with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and a beautiful garden.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (lower floor) and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 normal beds (top floor).

There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the "double bedroom". A medium-sized kitchen with oven, dining place, microwave, stove and a wood stove.

In the garden there is a grill at the back of the garden. On the front there are cherry trees and wild strawberry on the back side.

The house is renovated.



The house is located in the district Fröseke. A quiet place with many opportunities.

A fishing river is located 30m from the house. Lake 500m, grocery store 100m. Furthermore, there is near 100km a glass factory Kosta 40km, Baltic Sea and the island of Öland 55km, Astrid Lindgren's World. The holiday home is located on one side of the forest, where you can collect everything that nature can offer!

In the lower floors in the house is the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large living room with a fireplace. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a Balkong.



The place Fröseke is surrounded by forest near the Baltic Sea, the Kingdom of Crystal and Astrid Lindgren's World in southern Sweden. In Fröseke the riverAlsterån empties into the lake Uvasjön. There is a lake in the size of 150 ha, maximum depth is 14m. Fish such as perch, pike, roach, bream, tench, ruffe, vendace, ruffe, burbot and eel live in these waters. Boat and motor are possible to rwnt in the village..

The house is situated in the immediate vicinity of the river Alsterån, forest, grocery, playground and lakes.
