About this apartment rental
Brand new apartment in a recently marketed residence. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It is located on Avenue du Stade de la Marsa, close to all amenities. You will be less than a 10-minute walk from downtown La Marsa. The apartment features a king-size bed, a smart TV, unlimited internet, Nespresso machine, etc. You will have a parking space in the residence's underground parking.

- An open-plan American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

it was the best day I had in Tunisia yet. It was well equipped I was able to cook prepare and Store meals. The cooler worked great the furniture was good. The bathroom was perfect. The kitchen was great. The location was excellent. It was like I lived there while I visited there and the Landlord company was on call and quick response if I had any questions or needs thank you I will be back.
