Located in one of the newest condominium buildings within Desert Color, Blue Lagoon is a fantastic 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation condo. Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, it also provides access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. This short distance makes it a perfect place to be able to walk back and forth easily to these fantastic amenities.
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless, modern, and perfectly located. Short 3 min walk to lagoon. The view was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax or paddleboard. The community was peaceful, safe, and had a resort-like feel with great amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.One of the best parts was being able to bring our dog along! It was great having a pet-friendly place where our pup could enjoy the trip with us.The only one downfall was that we couldn’t access the rooftop area before 10am. I was really looking forward to enjoying my cup of coffee and reading while watching the sun rise.

We had so much fun ! I was a little confused from the photos some of them are just stock type so when I booked I missed that it wasn’t right on the lagoon . The condo was a block away from the Lagoon and it was very nice . We fit everyone we had and management was very responsive with any questions we had . I would recommend having certain things there like cooking oil and better frying pans . Also the fridge water was hot which maybe it was because we were there during a heat wave. Other than those small things , it’s a great location , perfect for weekend getaways with the kids !

The property was immaculate and a great location relative to the pool and lagoon. It was the perfect fit for our family of five! My only issue is that the sound proofing between floors is not great. Luckily we had fairly quiet upstairs neighbors, but we could hear every foot step!
