About this house rental
We have a relaxing Lake Hartwell family home with 6 bedrooms. We are 1 mile to downtown Clemson and 2 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium. While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.
Our home sits on Lake Hartwell and we have a gradual slope that allows easy access to swim. There is a large deck on the back porch and a detached screened-in summer house for relaxing in the evenings. You can not beat a Clemson sunset! *We have an older outdoor cat that NEVER comes in the home. He usually disappears when there are guests. We do ask our renters to help us by pouring some cat food in the container while they are visiting.

The house was perfect for Clemson Parents weekend. We had plenty of room for the families that stayed with us. The location could not be better. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking at the lake.
