Renovated studio apartment with a mountain view, equipped with fiber optic internet, 31m² for 5 people, with views of Mont Blanc, on the 14th floor of the Lauzières du Charvet residence, at the foot of the slopes and shops. Includes a balcony.
The studio comprises an entrance area with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6) and one pull-out bed.
The living area has two single sofa beds (80cm) and a TV.
The fully renovated kitchenette includes: two induction hobs, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.
Bathroom with toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided (except for short stays and during the summer). Cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Ski storage area with electric boot and glove dryers is located at the entrance.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking.
Paid outdoor parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
