About this house rental
BRAND NEW home in downtown Raleigh that will allow you to take in the amazing city skyline from its large 3rd floor deck. Just a half mile from Fayetteville Street and 1 block away from Transfer Co. Food Hall with great options for morning coffee and bagels, drinks, sweets and more! The perfect place to stay for large groups and families.

Guest access
There are 2 parking spots on the lot. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. Guests will access the house with a unique code to a keypad, provided after booking. Most of Raleigh is walking distance, but Uber and Lyft are also options. There is also a city bikeshare station steps from the house (outside of Transfer Co.).

We had a great visit to Raleigh and really enjoyed staying in this spacious home. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bars, and felt very comfortable with the area. And most importantly, all the communication with Katelyn was excellent - we would happily stay again!

The house was clean and in a convenient location to downtown and the ballpark. The air conditioner on the second floor wasn't working but I got in contact with the owners and it was fixed ASAP. They even gave us a giftcard for the trouble. We would definitely stay again!

Our family spent a week in Raleigh to celebrate our son's wedding. We were joined at the house by our two other sons, their spouses, and a total of five grandchildren.
The property was exactly right for our family. The house was clean, spacious and had plenty of sleeping options. The first floor open space was great for the whole group, and the kitchen was great for my wife to bake the wedding cake!
The house was well stocked - particularly with towels! We had all we could use.
We were close to all the important locations for the week, as well as downtown Raleigh with its myriad of dining options. There is a wonderful park with a splashpad and carousel just a few blocks away - great for the grandkids.
Admittedly, the house could use some TLC - loose tiles, a missing stair nose, burned out light bulbs and a very noisy bath fan. The cushions on the deck were wet all week and showing obvious signs of mold.
Overall, though, the experience was great - a perfect home base for our family. I would not hesitate to rent it again.
