Calm, Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway awaits you. This large pool home hasAir Conditioning that is absolutely amazing. Less than 5 miles from Cardinal Stadium (Westgate), 2 miles from Camelback Ranch (Dodgers/White Sox training facility) and close to so many other local amenities, this home is perfect for a gathering of friends or a large family. Outdoor TV, misters, BBQ, pool, lounge chairs...you name it, this resort-style home has it.

Our family meets every year in Phoenix, both as a family reunion and to celebrate our highschool graduates. The house is close to "Uncle Flint's", where we've held our gathering for the last 14 years, and it was a huge hit for all those that stayed in the house. First off and most important, it is clean and well maintained with lots to do. The pool is perfect for games or relaxing. The pool table, ping pong table and multiple TVs kept the youngsters occupied. Secondly the kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed for multiple meals, which is important when feeding a dozen people. I can't list it all, but the flat griddle, multi crock pots, and the Ninja blender (the toughest blender known to man) deserve mention. We were thankful for the double oven and grill as well. There's an additional fridge in the garage and even a small chest freezer, which ensured we had plenty of ice for frozen drinks (reference the Ninja blender mentioned earlier.) The owner's were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend the VRBO.

The house is very spacious and is great for a family stay. Property owner was very responsive to any question. The house is very well stocked and has a great kitchen with everything you would need to cook any meal. Great outdoors area, balcony, pool table, something for everyone!
