This was a perfect spot for us as we bounced between revisiting favorite spots downtown and hanging out with friends in the northern suburbs. It’s very easy access to the highway, but a quiet little street and neighborhood. The fenced back garden worked well for our dog to get outdoor breaks on a week that was too hot for her regular long walks. We were grateful for the remote work setup that made maximizing our work week visit so much easier too. For nature lovers or parents needing to exercise kids or dogs, the Great Hills park is only 4 min away. There are several great local Austin restaurant options within 10 min or less. Initially we were nervous about noise with a townhome setup, both from neighbors and our kids, but it is a sound proof and peaceful property that felt very private for being so central in the city.
