The house served its purpose to have a place for all of our family to gather. We were disappointed that on a holiday weekend we could not watch any football games because there is no network tv - only streaming. So if you are there over the holidays expect to be denied football bowl games. Kitchen supplies were insufficient. Bring anything and everything you need if you plan to cook and prepare your own food. Outside of utensils and dinnerware there is not much. Tammy was accessible for any needs we had with which she could assist. Wi-fi was adequate. The neighbors have dogs that like to howl at 7:30am.
