This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs for relaxation. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and direct access to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dual coffee system, Airfryer, and a double-door fridge. A dining area for 6 and 4 additional stools at the quartz waterfall island provide ample space for meals and entertaining.
The Game Room features a card table, Foosball, and a wet bar, with exercise equipment like free weights and yoga mats for your convenience. The room opens to the inviting outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.
The outdoor area offers a covered lanai with a 4-seater rattan dining set and lounge area, overlooking the sparkling pool. Relax in the pool or on the sun loungers, enjoy the BBQ area, and let the outdoor space become your personal oasis. The pool can be heated for cooler nights or cooled during the warmer months, but please note there are no pool safety fences, so always supervise children.
Just a 10-minute drive to the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy the sun and sand whenever you choose. This was our second stay at this property and it was just as lovely as the first. Beautiful home and pool and all the amenities one needs. Great neighborhood and perfect location near many restaurants, grocers and shops. Just a 15 minute drive to the beach. Excellent communication with property management and they were quick to respond to any of our needs. Looking forward to staying again next year.

We've tried many, many hotel and rental properties in South Florida and this one checked so many boxes for us. The neighborhood was super quiet and convenient. The interior of the house was remarkably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished; the outdoor spaces were well-kept and the fenced yard was a great place to relax for us and our dog. All in all, we'd more than consider visiting this property on our next trip to Florida.
