Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was PRECIOUS! Great views. Awesome house. Great location. We had so much fun and plan to return asap! *only thing- house had no cleaners to wipe things down with, 1 trash bag and limited paper towel. Easy to buy, but seem like should be in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was great except that there was no way to lock the unit from the canal side, so Padre Escapes wanted us to leave the door open and not lock the unit while we would be out all day fishing. They didn't care that I mentioned that we were uncomfortable leaving the house open and our stuff could have possibly been stolen because they didn't do anything to rectify it. They said they would send someone the next day, but they never sent anybody for the length of our 5 night stay. The back garage was unable to be opened because the handle was not working it was in a locked position, so we had to put a paint can under the garage door to leave it open in order to get into the front door of the condo. Such an inconvenience during our whole stay after coming in from our boat slip on the canal side. The back door did have an electronic keypad door lock but it was not working. If it had been working it would have made our stay more enjoyable, more convenient and secure.
