Go back to 1930s Florida as you experience a piece of history in this restored Old Florida style and artistic flare home. Filled with collectibles, antiques, and original art. Enjoy the updated bathrooms and large living room with your family and friends.
This home is NOT MODERN & is a unique experience with a unique floor plan! Most of the home is original from the 30s.
Spend your days at the beach before relaxing in your turf backyard then walk over to “the Ave" for a night out!
Cozy, cottage with a historic and eclectic feel. The two bedrooms are uniquely separated in the front and back portions of the home providing plenty of privacy. Each bedroom has their own entrance into the home. There are steps into the Jack and Jill bathroom from the living room. The Jack and Jill bathroom is what connects the secondary bedroom to the rest of the home. The living room is a unique gathering area with antiques and original works of art all around you! The updated kitchen and cozy patio have everything you need to have delicious meals.
This home resides in the Historic District and truly has the feel of Old Florida. You can see the updated look while enjoying the styles of the refinished original walls, floors, and open ceilings made from Florida Cypress and Dade County Pine. Experience a piece of history with an updated touch. You will have your own private entrance and parking.
You have access to the entire home, backyard, and laundry room.
There is a front property where our other guests stay. Please keep the roundabout driveway clear for them to park, you can access the long driveway on the left. If you would like to rent both properties, the front unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, just let us know if you’d like to book it as well.

My recent stay at a VRBO property in the heart of historic Delray Beach was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't have been better—nestled in a charming, historic neighborhood, it provided a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.
The property itself was impeccably maintained and exuded character. The decor beautifully balanced modern amenities with historic charm, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the tasteful furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, which made preparing meals a delight.
One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The lush garden and comfortable patio area were perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. It felt like a private oasis, yet we were just a short stroll away from the vibrant Atlantic Avenue with its fantastic restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
