Welcome to your private Lowcountry retreat in the heart of Old Mount Pleasant! Tucked away on a quiet circle street, this newly built (2023) 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
Inside, you’ll find:
King and queen bedrooms for restful nights
A full kitchen with petite appliances and a cozy dining area
Washer/dryer stack, central AC and heat
A peaceful front porch—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee
Parking for at least one car
All utilities included (WiFi, water, electric, trash)

Located just off Coleman Boulevard and only 1 mile from the famed Pitt Street, this cottage offers easy access to local shops, dining, and beaches while maintaining a sense of privacy and quiet charm.
