House rules: Front Door: To exit the home, please lift the handle up from the inside.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking in the house or on the premises.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to accommodate guests with allergies.
Shoes: Kindly refrain from wearing shoes on the carpets. Please leave them at the door or remove them before entering.
Garbage: On the day of check-out, please empty the kitchen garbage and dispose of it in the trash bin labeled "trash only." Recyclables should go in the designated recycling bin.
Cleanliness: Leave the unit in the same condition as you found it.
Additional Guests: Any guests exceeding 6 will incur an additional charge of $50 per person.
Lights: Please turn off all lights upon check-out to conserve energy.
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not allowed; a $500 fine will be imposed if a party is conducted.
