Apartment in perfect conditions, in residence in the Puig Rom area (mountain in front of the Port of Roses) at 500 m from the beach and the center of Roses, with capacity for 1/5 people .
To access the house you need to climb stairs (equivalent to 2 floors) and is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (160cm)
* 1 bedroom with 3 individual beds.
* Dining room with sofa and TV (national channels and some French channels) and AC.
* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer...
* Bathroom with shower.
* Toilet with WC
*Washing machine.
* Terrace facing the South overlooking the Bay of Roses.
Located 10/15 minutes on foot from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties.
