The home was very clean and felt like a home away from home. There was plenty of room for our extended family to spread out inside and enjoy the beautiful gardens outside. The kichen was well equipped and all items and appliances in excellent condition. Jim is very generous in providing paper and cleaning products, linens, beach towels and chairs, The neighborhood is peaceful and Old Garden Beach, just steps away, is magical. We also enjoyed taking the short walk into the charming town and enjoying the shops and the harbor views. Jim is a terrific host and was always available. We definitely are looking forward to renting this house again.
