The spacious, 7-bedroom/5-bathroom home is found in the distinguished Champions Gate community of Orlando. Arcade room set to free play, pool and hot tub, movie theater and don't forget the tree top kids room. Whether you are looking to entertain at the house or explore the community, this ideal location is just minutes from anything you desire: fine dining, excursions, shopping, and more! If you are visiting to spend the day at Disney World, our home is only a 9-mile drive away!
The space
With multiple areas to entertain, the dining area is a must-see! The high ceilings. open floorplan and plethora of seating make dining for a large group effortless. The main level formal dining room can seat 10, with a bar table and patio seating for extra room. Wind down in the movie theatre, living area, or upstairs loft. Featuring a tree-top themed bedroom, full arcade, movie theatre, private pool, and hot tub, the adventures are endless within this property! Grab your drink of choice and enjoy the serenity of your own private, lanai-enclosed pool! There is a pool and hot tub that can be heated (for a fee) and is equipped with underwater lighting for nighttime swims. The family-friendly outdoor area includes a safety gate to ensure children can play worry-free. Parking is available in the driveway and street at your convenience.
Come prepared, but don’t worry about the little stuff! We ensure you will have everything and more that you need to have an unforgettable stay in Orlando. Our property is a convenient 5-minute drive from the grocery store in case you may need to grab some last-minute items!

Guests access to a selection of swimming pools; perfect for kids who the waterslides and splash park. Adults can take advantage of the lazy river, or relax in peace under a private cabana. The property is stocked with all of the essentials you will need to get your stay started including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dishwasher pod, and trash bags.
The pool and hot tub heat will cost $35 per day and it will be charged for your entire stay.
Champions Gate is a secured resort. We will reach out to confirm all guests over 18 and will ensure they are on the security gate lists for easy arrival to the resort
POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.
PEST CONTROL
This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.
When you arrive at the property, you should find everything you need to get your vacation started. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional products during their vacation stay. Here are the items you will find upon arrival:

Outstanding stay! Just 20 min to Disney & 40 min from the airport. If renting a car, get the Fast Pass. This house is an amusement park in itself! Kids were overjoyed with the home's arcade, choosing it over other outings. Comfort was top-notch with king-sized master suites. The massage chair was heaven after park visits. The home theater became our evening retreat for watching playoff games, while the kids enjoyed the arcade. The pool and hot tub were amazing, clean and warm! Already planning a return trip to fully utilize all amenities. Demetri is the best Super Host I have ever experienced, he was always available and very responsive. Perfect for families seeking both adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

The saying "You get what you pay for" couldn't be more accurate than this villa. You're paying for a 5 star experience and that's exactly what you get. Firstly Demetri's communication even before you leave is first class and when you are there he makes sure he speaks to you on the phone to advise and guide to all that you need inside the house and activities in the community. The actual Villa itself is just fabulous, it really does cater for everyone, if you have easily bored children then the games room is just the best place, I've researched many games rooms in Villas this is by far the best I've ever seen. The pool and hot tub are great for an even better experience. The cinema room was actually a favorite of one of my children couldn't get him out of there at times. As adults our personal favorite was the Massage chair its is a godsend after the days out at the parks. I hope I get the pleasure to return again. Thank you Demetri
