The Space:
The house is built for groups. Three bedrooms across a single story, two full bathrooms, and a living area that flows into the kitchen, so the whole group naturally ends up in the same room.

The fenced private backyard is the centerpiece of this home. There's a
BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and enough room for the group to unwind
after a day out. Quiet street, no neighbors looking in.

We recently stayed in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Austin while moving our daughter back to school at UT Austin. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—just a quick 15-minute drive to the university, which made our trips back and forth incredibly convenient.
The neighborhood is undergoing some remodeling, and you can tell it's on its way to becoming a highly desirable area. We felt safe and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Once the updates are completed, this will undoubtedly be a sought-after spot in Austin. Highly recommend this home for anyone needing a clean, well-located place to stay!
