My friends and I do a boys trip every year and we had the best time at this VRBO rental. The host was accommodating and responsive. I will certainly come back in the future.

We've stayed in a number of rental properties in Ventnor since we come each year. This property recently was sold to a new host. I had to try multiple times to contact the host through VRBO and got no response up to the day before we were leaving for our trip. Finally the prior host called the new host but I only got information about how to access the property 15 min before check-in time. House is nice but safety issues included a lack of working smoke detectors (installed but no batteries) and no carbon monoxide detectors. This beach house had a single bath towel per person and NO beach towels and no beach tags though it said complimentary beach tags were included. One of the toilets was broken the entire time we were there (notified the host on arrival). The lack of off-street parking is an issue on the weekends. Good location and clean property with central air conditioning.
