A stylish modern 2 bedroom private walk in basement apartment with a full kitchen, 1 full bathrooms, 3 beds and sleeping for 4. Enjoy all that all NYC has to offer in a 30 minute train ride, or the cultural amenities of Flushing. The apartment is walking distance to parks and a short ride to World Class US Open tennis, New York Mets stadium, and luxurious shopping on Long Island or NYC. Very close to both major airports, this location is a central location to all that NYC has to offer.

1 full bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Water can get very hot to your liking
2 bedrooms ( room 1 full-size bed, room 2 twin -size bed)
1 kitchen- full range stove and full-size gas oven
Laundry washer/dryer in the basement sharing with first floor and second floor. Only provided one day a week each floor.
PLEASE NOTE* the home is a 2-story house basement ,There will be 10 stairs to walk down. We are located on the basement.

We have taken extra precautions and made updates to the guest experience to ensure a safe and positive stay.
Cleaning: Apt is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Linens are changed and washed at high temperatures, bleach and other chemicals will be used to kill any germs of high touch areas. Gloves are worn and changed frequently throughout the cleaning process. Windows are left open during cleaning. The apt will be sterile prior to your arrival.
This cozy apt is suitable for couples, friends, and the young, with max 4 guests. Pls, do not bring extra guests or visitors, I want to make sure everyone stays peaceful in the building. if you bring extra guests will be charged $100 per person including children.
check time is 3 pm and checkout time is 11 AM, if you want to check in earlier or check out later it is subject to availability and also an additional fee.
Luggage Storage: $30. Smoking cleaning $200
