About this house rental
A Swimming pool is now being installed ( photos to follow on completion around the end of October 2026 )
Eden Villa eagerly awaits your presence. Located in the fast developing village of Bijilo west coast region of the country. Distant enough for you to peacefully relax and recharge yet only minutes from all that the area has to offer.
The property consists of three good sized bedrooms capable of accommodating six persons. All are equipped with air conditioning, large Samsung ceiling fans and flat screen televisions.
A master bedroom with King size bed, Freeform stand alone bath tub with rainfall shower, toilet and washbasin.
A second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds each sharing a wet room between them. The wet room consisting of rainfall shower wash basin and toilet.
In both of the bathrooms Complimentary Citrus Grapefruit and sweet orange shower Gel, and hair conditioner of green tea and lemon Zest are provided.
The hallway lounge and dining room are all open plan to allow for good airflow throughout the property with large ceiling fans to aid this. The lounge has a large wall mounted smart tv with complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment. The dining room has seating for six persons.
The Kitchen is fitted with all the necessary accoutrements. Gas fired oven and range. Fridge freezer, Microwave oven, Toaster and Kettle. All crockery and cutlery.
An outside area under cover with table and seating for six where breakfasts and drinks can be enjoyed, Listening to tropical birdsong is available.
Melamine and Acrylic Crockery and glassware are provided for use around the swimming pool area. For safety reasons no porcelain or regular glassware around the pool.
Sun loungers, Seating and poolside towels will be provided.
Nearby and all within a few minutes by car are the following amenities and places of Interest. The Bijilo Clinic, The Embassies of both China and Qatar, Kasumai Beach resort, Coco Ocean Hotel and Spa. The international Conference center. The renowned Monkey Park. JJs supermarket, Banks and money change facilities. The night life area of Kololi with many quality restaurants and music venues to choose from.
The property is gated and secure with the property manager on site at most times to afford any such assistance as may be necessary. An in house safe is available to guests as is a first aid Kit. Car transport with driver is available at very competative rates for shopping, sight seeing and airport pickups. A weekly bed change and cleaning of the property is provided, As is an initial D500 Dalasi for the use of electric.

Had the most amazing time in this beautiful bungalow.The accomodation is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, and comfortable.The host Bakkeba what can I say, very hospitable, accomodating, welcoming, and very humble, cant do enough tonmake you comfortable and safe.Would definetley recommend and return

The host was highly welcoming and accommodating. The host made sure we had a comfortable stay and ensured we had everything we needed. The house was clean. At night, the property is secured by a large gate, and the host is present on the property overnight. The property is located a bit off the main road, but you are still within a 5 minute drive to local beaches and shops. The place is not the most suitable for kids. There are a decent amount of decorative items that young kids could easily break if you are not being watchful of them. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
