Very clean and quaint place. There was some confusion with the check-in process as the host told me the wrong apartment in the duplex to go to and someone else was staying there. Nearly scared the bejeezus out of her but we figured it out. Otherwise, nice little place to stay if you'll be out and about Houston.

Loved this place! So close to downtown and many cute restaurants and coffee shops. Spent the weekend with my little family and it was perfect. Decor and overall ambient was cozy. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Will definitely book with David again my next visit to Houston!

Host was very slow to respond and was quite rude when I reached out for towels. He had someone drop off ONE disgusting wash towel in a ziplock bag. I just decided to go and buy my own. Worst vacation rental experience I have ever had. Property had a foul odor upon walking in. Outside of unit was nasty as well.
