Ski In Out, Cabin In the Sky, Views w/Wall of Glass, Ski to Canyon & Eagle Lodge

Our modern "cabin in the sky" condo is on the slopes by Canyon Lodge. Sitting high up the side of Mammoth Mountain, this is the highest point for any lodging in Mammoth so it has amazing views of the mountains and forests. This ski in out trail is 50 yards walk to the snow to get on the runs of Chair #8. On the way back, ski to the driveway on a groomed run and then walk to the front door. You can also walk a bit further to access the ski trails to Eagle Lodge. Many people ski the upper trail "in" and the lower trail "out". Best of both worlds.

This 2 bedroom, 2.25 bathroom condominium can sleep 6-7 people. With a wall of windows facing the ski resort you'll be staring out the windows all day long ... if you're not on the slopes. You can also ride your mountain bike off the track to the front door during the season.

Indoor Living: This home features all hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all new custom furniture. It has a real wood fireplace, wood provided, private laundry and the fastest Wi-Fi available in Mammoth. The 3 TVs can stream all your favorite premium channels. There is also a workspace for the digital nomads.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with all the basics, including a regular and Keurig coffee makers, microwave, stove, fridge and dishwashers. There is also a small propane BBQ on the deck for summer cooking.

Layout: This is a two story condo; on the first floor of a two story building with soundproof ceilings.

The first floor is the great room with the wall of windows, the kitchen, living room and queen sleeper sofa. BBQ on the deck, guest bathroom and private laundry.

The second floor has the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a small deck off the second bedroom.

The bed layout that sleeps 6-7 is:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed with desk workspace, TV, Private Bath
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed plus a Twin Bed, TV, small outdoor patio, hallway bath*
Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa.

We set the home up with eco friendly towels, linens and soap amenities. We clean it up when you leave. Your responsibility is to clean the kitchen if you use it.

Parking: 1 car in the garage, and 1 car in outside guest parking.

Note: During snowy months, you must have 4 wheel drive or a car with chains on to access the property. The garage holds one mid size SUV car. ( like a Ford Explorer) High boys and oversized vehicles will have to park in the uncovered guest parking. There is ski storage in the garage or by the front door and lots of wood in the garage for the fireplace.

Accessibility: There are stairs down to the front door, and an interior set of stairs down to the bedrooms.
