Large living / dining room very bright with large bay windows overlooking a large terrace. A Provencal equipped kitchen. An office area and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Large garden with petanque court, a large shaded terrace to enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun and wind.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The house consists on the first floor of a small bright entrance with a storage cupboard. A very bright living/dining room with a large dining table, a corner sofa and a flat screen TV. This room gives access to a large terrace and the garden through two large bay windows. A Provençal equipped kitchen with microwave, oven... A master suite with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and direct access to the terrace through a glass door. On the terrace, a summer lounge with armchair, a large table that can accommodate 10 people and a barbecue area. The terrace is located under beautiful climbing plants. Right next to it you will find a green and flowery garden. On the first floor A bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of adding a third single bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and an office/library area.
