Short stay!
Beautiful nicely decorated luxury apartment with canal view at the famous Prinsen Canal. This apartment is located at one of the most desired locations in a luxurious 17th century property on the "Prinsengracht", the most famous canal in Amsterdam, officially registered as UNESCO heritage.
The Apartment features all amenities you may expect such as a flat-screen Smart TV with with free high-speed Wi-Fi, nicely furnished seating area with two easy chairs by the window with beautiful canal view, separate dining aera with fully equipped kitchen and separate large dining table,
1 large bedroom with lots of closet space and attached full equipped bathroom.
Max number of guests allowed is 2 persons.
We give guests space and are available when needed.
Every guest is appointed a Personal Concierge, with local knowledge at key destinations.
Feel comfortable during your stay because our team is at your service.
The apartment is only on a 2 minute walking distance from famous Jordaan, Anne Frank-House, Nine Streets and about 5 minutes to the famous Dam square.

You have exclusive use of this apartment during your entire stay.
The main entrance of the apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs where you will enter the hallway.
You will find a large living room, with seating area and large dining table.
Via the hallway you wil enter a separate dining aera with open kitchen and large dining table.
Wide staircase leads you from the hallway to the bedroom with beautiful built-in wardrobes, king-size bed and fully equipped bathroom.
*** Because of COVID19 we are using an extra careful cleaning regimen with extra attention to doorknobs, keys, light switches etc. Let's keep each other safe and healthy! ***
Taxi pick-up from Amsterdam Airport is one of our standard services and free of charge.
The apartment is only 8 minutes by tram from the central train station with very good train connections from Amsterdam Airport.
There are several large parking garages with competitive rates in this neighborhood.
We could also provide a "Parking space" in a private parking garage for only €30,00 per day!
IMPORTANT: The private parking garage is a only a few hundred meter from the apartment!
Will be appreciated to receive additional travel information and expected arrival time in advance.
After receiving this additional travel information our team will contact you with additional information regarding your check-in.
The host or related property manager of the property will contact you directly to arrange check-in.
Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim.
The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount the host asks may or may not be the same as the deposit.

This apartment was in a perfect location. View of the canal was the best, and we loved watching the canal boats. We enjoyed the access to great restaurants, Anne Frank house, museums, shopping. This apartment had everything we needed.

When we arrived we had some difficulty with our phones to contact the prearranged taxi.a nice worker in a store helped us.Check in was easy. Huge canal apt. Great views. Lots of space. Nepresso coffee maker. Fully equipped kitchen. Stairs upstairs to the bedroom and bathroom.lots of space for all my stuff.Be aware there are stairs to enter the apt. Stairs going upstairs are twisting . 10 minute walk to trams. Aporeciated the help with our luggage. Would stay here again
