Home met all our needs. The home was well equipped with more than enough plates, utensils and kitchen wear. Some of the rooms were labeled incorrectly but overall more than enough space for our 40 guest.

Fun time had by all with bears and cubs and dance shows and trails and lots of pickleball and playground fun besides being so hot

We did not initially choose this house because of the size or location, our reservation was canceled on short notice on another house due to water damage. But a great choice for someone wanting to be close enough to Gatlinburg to be able to walk. It was big and had many extra bedrooms for our 16 people. What it lacked were multiple indoor seating areas, the dining/living room was the only place we all could gather so the 2 bedrooms on that floor experienced all the noise. The rear decks were nice but the weather was hot. The kitchen was workable with the 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and large refrigerator & freezer but was lacking some essential cooking and prep items - dry measuring cups, colander. The refrigerator also had the lower shelf missing so no food could easily be stored there, and the drawer had a tendency to come out. Minor issues but annoying. We did notice the floor needed to be mopped as the bottom of the feet were dirty after walking without shoes. The beds were comfortable and most of the rooms were quiet, the outside A/C noise was bad in a couple of rooms. There was plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware for a large group. But for cooking, the stove top seemed a bit finicky to use. The pool is close and nice. A juvenile bear came by to visit a couple of times and slept in a tree in the back. Could be great house but no way I would have 60+ people in there.
