This home comes fully furnished and equipped with a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably at the beginning of your stay. We recommend planning ahead to purchase any additional consumables you'll need for the remainder of your visit.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)

• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

The beds, pool, and hot tub were excellent and the house was very clean. Communication was timely and professional each time I reached out. Our group had a great time here, and we loved the decor! A few notes: There were only two barstools, not as many as pictured in the listing — the additional seats would have been helpful for our large group, but the open layout did allow other seating options. There wasn’t much in the way of kitchen supplies and additional hand towels would have been nice — we definitely were short on those for the bathrooms. We loved how close this property was to Old Town, less than 10 minutes by Uber! We had no trouble getting rides where we needed to go. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. Overall I would absolutely recommend this stay! Thank you for hosting our group!
