This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

This property is in a great location in Scottsdale in an established neighborhood which is nice. The condo obviously has stairs and 2 stories with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. Very nice having covered garage that is right outside the front door. No local TV and the only TV is in the living room downstairs. We would definitely stay here again because of the great location.
