Welcome to our duplex-style home in the heart of Flagstaff! Just 30 minutes from Snowbowl Ski Patrol and 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, this home is the perfect base for your Arizona adventures. Whether you're visiting for a day trip or an extended stay, we have everything you need to enjoy the surrounding Flagstaff mountain views from the balcony or backyard. Renting the entire property means you'll have the duplex to yourself, complete with a spa, fire pit, and BBQ grilling area.

Parking: A maximum of four cars is allowed in the driveway. Overflow parking is available at nearby public lots. Please note that RVs, travel trailers, and other large vehicles are not permitted.
*Please note that this home, like most in Flagstaff, is not equipped with Air Conditioning. We do provide our guests with fans during their stay.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night! We ask that you do not tamper with any of the spa equipment to avoid damage.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or driving your personal vehicle as there is limited public transportation in Flagstaff.
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

• All reservations will go through a verification process

Overall nice, and what we needed for a large family gathering. Very convenient to downtown Flagstaff. Furniture a bit worn, though perhaps understandable in the area given the climate and nearby recreation. Need a few more pieces of glassware. Upstairs A/C not strong enough for the space on a hot summer afternoon/evening. Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful place! The bunks were a little shaky and the outside noise in that room was pretty loud. Everything else was great! Make sure to double check the beds because they didn’t have to correct ones listed when we went. It was figured out though. Thank you again!

This property has some positive qualities but unfortunately a few negative as well. The inside of the property was clean and mostly updated. However the outside was very dirty and unkept. Despite the online description, it is not landscaped. There were many overgrown trees, weeds, cob webs, and just general grime. It was disappointing to say the least. Also there is no air conditioning which is a huge issue for Arizona hot weather and the windows are old and missing screens contributing to the heat issue. I would say there is still a lot of work that needs to be done in order to justify the price of the rental.
