This was our second stay at this property! The place is clean & well stocked (linens, kitchen items, etc) and the layout is perfect for our needs & wants. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from each floor! Very close to all that downtown Fort Pierce has to offer - dining, shopping, beach access - you name it! We are already looking forward to our next stay!!

The inside of the property is very nice and fresh. This is a staired three story property: 1st- garage; 2nd-kitchenliving room1/2 bath; and 3rd has two bedrooms2 bathrooms. The property provides good sized living spaces: large updated kitchen; bedrooms are fresh and clean; bathrooms clean and current; the joint living spaces are very nice; and the balconies had good views of the beach. The property is within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to restaurants and marinas. Good food and plenty of live entertainment. The ocean is clean and colorful. Accessing the beach requires a bit of dexterity, as there is beach erosion and there are no steps down from the land/dunes to the beach (3-5 foot vertical drop off). This is not unique to the area. Sadly, we had to depart prior to the planned end of our stay due to the cold temperatures within the unit. At this time there is no central heating within the property. It was 40-60’s degrees outside during our visit and the temperature within the majority property was 50 degrees. The owner provided space heaters that we used in the bedroom which warmed the bedroom. The owner was accommodating on our request to depart ahead of schedule. Would definitely stay again with warmer external temperatures.
