About this house rental
Seeped in southern sun exposure, this luxurious mountain chalet is a brand new home in the Glades at Sunday River.
With a landscape view facing the slopes of Sunday River Ski Resort, this home has direct ski-in/ ski-out access to River Run Trail which winds through the neighborhood and brings skiers to the base of the Chondola and Quad at South Ridge Welcome Center.
The intrinsic design and quality of the furnishings set this masterpiece above others in the rental pool. From its thoughtful floorplan to the lavish linens on the beds; there was no detail spared in creating this wonderful home. Ceiling-to-floor windows maximize the view across the valley where you can watch the early skiers as you sip your coffee or take in the groomers as they smooth the snow at night.
This floor plan includes two large bunk rooms (each with custom-built bunk beds and sleeping capacity for 7), a wet bar with indoor and outdoor seating, two spacious living rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a built-in hot tub, and a custom pool for visitors during warmer months.

Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations:
1. Ring doorbell of front door
2. On garage facing driveway
3. Out back facing pool
Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.

The concierge/property manager was incredibly responsive and helped with additional tips on resources for the area. The house ewas gorgeous. Plenty of beds and rooms to accomodate everyone. We traveled with another family and together we have 8 young adults (16-23). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple dinners and breakfasts. The appliances are the best- Gas burners, griddle, and ovens. The grill worked well. The pool was clean and well maintained. The kids played volleyball and basketball in the pool. We had a pickleball tournament in the front driveway. I would highly recommend this property for rental.
