About this apartment rental
Ideally located in a quiet ski-in / ski-out residence near a beginner's ski area and a children's toboggan protected and equipped with a free treadmill.
The Belleville Caron residence, with lift and caretaker, is located in the Preyerand district, 5 minutes from the center of the station by free cable cars that are open until 11:00 p.m.
Convenience store and ski shop 50 meters away on foot, the residence has a large car park which makes parking easier.
The Ménuires resort is at the heart of the three valleys, the largest ski area in the world.
The studio includes an alcove with two 80cmX200cm bunk beds and two 140X200 duvets and blankets (the beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years old).
At the foot of the slopes, offering great benefits, all comfort, parquet, mountain furniture in solid wood it is located in a very quiet area and close to shops, the center of the resort and the sports and nautical center. Third floor (level 6) without vis-à-vis facing south with view of the Caron peak, the summit of the Mass and the bell tower of the station.
Very well equipped (studio used by the owner and rented only 4 weeks in the winter) in furniture, household appliances (ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, stone scraper, fondue) and TV HIFI video (TV SONY LED 82cm, DIVX DVD player).
Living room with a convertible sofa of 130x200 duvet and blanket provided, opening onto a balcony of 6m², facing south, (sun in the morning for the whole day. Plenty of storage.

We had a nice stay in the apartment, clean and tidy. As you might expect, it is small but practically furnished, which is great since we were outside all day on the slopes. Location is really great! Within 5 steps your'e standing on the slopes and off you are! Without having to walk a long way with your gear.. Given the size, it is not advisable with adults only, but we were two adults and two children and that was fine. The owner responds quickly and correctly to emails and is open to questions. In short, I recommend this Appartment!!

The place is in a great location, ski-in, ski-out (with blues) to the entire Vallee and a bunny-hill for beginners at the feet of the building (which also gets used a lot for sledding). The ski locker downstairs is big. The apartment is modernized, clean and overall lovely - it doesn't have that old and worn feeling a lot of French rentals in the Alps have. I was a bit worried having two teenagers and a dog that it might be on the small side, but the lay-out is really good and it works - we haven't felt crammed in at all (and that even though my eldest daughter injured herself skiing on the wednesday, and so she and I spent quite some time in the apartment for a few days). The owner Alexandre is super reactive to emails, and friendly. Les Menuires is a great resort - we've actually preferred it to other places we have skied in France such as Val d'Isere. If we go skiing again next year, we'll book here again for sure!
