    ภาพรวมสถานที่และราคาถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ แต่ขอเตือนเรื่องการจัดการปัญหาและการบริการของพนักงานนะคะ ช่วงเที่ยงคืนเจอเหตุการณ์ส้วมกดไม่ลง พยายามแก้ไขเองจนถึงตี 2 ก็ไม่ดีขึ้น เลยลงไปสอบถามที่ล็อบบี้เพื่อขอใช้ห้องน้ำส่วนกลาง แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มี ให้กลับไปรอช่างที่ห้องอย่างเดียว ที่แย่ที่สุดคือช่างที่มาแก้ไขปัญหา แทนที่จะรีบตรวจสอบหน้างาน กลับเปิดประตูมาแล้วใช้คำพูดใส่อารมณ์กล่าวโทษลูกค้าทันทีว่า "ทิ้งทิชชู่ลงไปหรือเปล่า" ทั้งที่ยังไม่ได้เช็คเลย แถมระบบท่อของห้องเองก็มีปัญหาเรื่องการไหลของน้ำอยู่แล้วด้วย แทนที่จะหาทางช่วยแก้ปัญหาหรือขอโทษที่ทำให้เราต้องรอถึงดึกดื่น กลับเลือกที่จะโทษลูกค้าก่อน Service Mind ติดลบมากค่ะ เสียความรู้สึกที่เลือกมาพักที่นี่ ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ
