Appartamento funzionale, spazioso,
Host ossessionato dal consumo energetico.. Temperatura esterna notturna di - 6 gradi (meno 6) e da remoto continuava a spegnere lo split del riscaldamento se veniva impostato sopra i 22 gradi. Ossessionato dalla temperatura dello split senza tenere conto della effettiva temperatura ambiente che la prima sera faticava ad alzarsi. Monitorando da remoto il condizionatore continuava a spegnere il condizionatore ed a inviare messaggi minacciando spese aggiuntive. Scala per raggiungere l'appartamento improponibile al pubblico... Strettissima e ripidissima. Cortile di ingresso a dir poco fatiscente. Appartamento funzionale, spazioso e ben dotato.. Facesse pagare 5 euro in più al giorno e lasciasse in pace gli ospiti infreddoliti.
