Cada vez que viajo a Stgo me quedo en este departamento por su ubicación y su comodidad, muy lindas instalaciones y buena atención

The internet was very good and the location was excellent.

It was a little dirty when I arrived - hair in the shower and some kind of oil on the hot plate that started smoking when I turned it on. I didn’t realize the hot water heater was unplugged so I had to wait an hour to take a shower once I figured that out, which was a little annoying. Difficult to communicate with the host, they wanted me to contact them through WhatsApp and pay through a separate platform, and every conversation ended with “tomorrow I will send you xyz that you need”. I had to go out and buy my own toilet paper because there were no spares provided for a multi-day stay, and the room is missing a lot of other basics like coffee maker, sharp knives or cutting boards, basic spices like salt / pepper / sugar. The bed is not very comfortable, basically feels like a sheet over a box spring (the futon / couch may be more comfortable!)
