מיקום !!!! חדרים נוחים ויפים בריכה חמודה מאוד
מים עולים על גדותם כל מקלחת ללא פתח ניקוז. הפתרון לאחסון המפתח מחוץ לחדר לא נוח בשום אופן

דירה חדישה ומתוחזקת היטב, מעוצבת יפה ומצויידת ממש בכל מה שרק נדרש לשהות עצמאית. המיטות והמזרונים היו נוחים מאוד. מתחם הדירה במיקום מעולה, במרחק הליכה לטיילת ולמרכזי הקניות. בצמוד למתחם מינימרקט שפתוח 24x7 (גם במהלך ליל הסדר וחג הפסח). לגבי הקושי שהעלו בביקורות קודמות בנושא החניה - נראה, שבינתיים נמצא לדבר פתרון, ואותו מגרש כורכר הפך לחניון כחול לבן מוסדר עם שפע של מקומות חניה.
לגבי הבעיה שהעלו קודמינו על כך, שאין אטימה במקלחון ואין ניקוז למים שבורחים - לצערנו זו הייתה הנק' היחידה בגללה דרגתי רק 9 מתוך 10. מצד אחד מדובר במקלחון חדיש, נקי וממש כייפי. ומצד שני בגלל פסי איטום שלא הותקנו נכון, מבנה דלתות כנף שנפתחות כלפי חוץ ומחסור בפתח ניקוז מחוץ לאגנית, הרצפה תמיד נשארת רטובה... (לנו כזוג זה פחות הפריע אבל יש להניח שלמשפחה עם מס' ילדים זה יכול להוות סוג של מטרד). הדירה עורפית ללא נוף (דבר שידענו ופחות הפריע לנו, שכן שימשה אותנו רק לצורכי לינה).

Directives for parking weren’t very clear. Got a very expensive ticket in what we expected was a proper spot.
