Nice balcony
Hot water ran out very fast
No lock on bathroom door
Stove very outdated. Took ages to cook
Oven poor seal around doors
Stairs to unit very dirty with bird droppings and leaves . Very high risk slip hazard. Only cleaned after we complained .

Good size unit. Lovely patio / deck. Clean and very comfortable. Well equipped. Good location in San Lameer (can walk to beach). Cleaner was excellent
Bottom 2 bedrooms no AC or fans. Had to go buy. Only 1 parking bay.
