We planned our baby’s first birthday in this house and regret this choice. I don’t even know how to put all the issues we faced and where to start. The house which has 4 rooms doesn’t even have a basic gas in the kitchen! For any and everything you need to order from Zomato. What is the point of renting an BnB when you can’t even make simple tea and coffee. There is a namesake caretaker whose job is god knows what. He won’t help with absolutely anything, cleaning, cooking, warming, nothing absolutely. His only job is to collect IDs when you enter. We rented the villa with pool so we can celebrate birthday with a beautiful garden and pool backdrop! What we get - we can’t put balloons here, we can’t put balloons there! Reason - inaccessible area as they are putting new grass in this area, so you cannot set the decor. The balloon decor person can’t sit in the house to create the decor in hot April afternoon! My parents had to leave in the night for a hotel because there is zero provision for any type of food once you wake up (while they claim there is a functional kitchen), can’t even make tea in the morning - because, no surprises, there is no sugar, gas, utensils nothing! The caretaker doesn't know how to use the oven, there was one but couldn't be used. They have kept 1 pan, 1 vessel (induction) which is insufficient for 3 meals a day. Additionally, they charge 200 per time of cleaning. You would also be charged a significant amount for water throughout the day, after paying INR 30000 for the entire affair. I would absolutely stay away from the disgusting service of stayvista!! Stay at your own risk.

Great Location, Great House. Had a great time during the stay. The house was neat, clean, and great for families or large groups of people.

Terrible communication with the company. Continued to message me asking to pay them again after I completed the invoice. Said they needed additional payment of the full amount and would then send a refund as a verification step. Teams are not speaking with each other internally.
