Amazing staff, so hospitable and warm people. The manager saw I had a crutch and went out of his way to offer me a more accessible room without me requesting. I also had a lot of food here as everything was delicious, and my airport taxi was kindly arranged for me stress-free. So grateful for a fantastic stay. The river view rooms are so amazing.
Just one thing, there is a small gap in the room balcony/glass window that cannot be covered and this allowed quite a few bugs and mosquitoes inside.
