Close to bus stations, beach and restaurants/cafes/markets. Very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the staff. Kitchen is perfect if you plan on cooking for yourself like we did.
It is very noisy in the afternoon/evening. For us this wasn't a problem as we can sleep with noises in the background, but keep this in mind.

the apartment is clean and simple, the mattress is good, there is everything for cooking.

The price and the view of the sea, apartment has the potential to be good, lovely local vibe and people. Nice local shops and sea walk which is steps away.
The complete lack of anything you would need to function in an apartment. It needs a sofa, tea towels, an oven, a bedroom wardrobe, a sweeping brush, cleaning products, a large bin.
Very limited communication from the owner. I asked for a sweeping brush because my floor was gathering dirt daily and I never received it. Owner needs to check in on his guests.
The noise of the street is constant but I understood this as the apartment is located right beside a very busy park, day and night. The windows work well to block out the noise at night but who wants their window closed during the day.
