location - centrally located, walking distance to malls, eatery places, and transportation. Comfy bed, like the pillows provided. Good view from apartment. The set up (for keys collection) and post box is well set up. I see that some other's with lock that are difficult to operate, but what Janice has provided is easy. Laundry washing pod was provided, thoughtful.

The wait for lifts to get up or down is packed at most time, each time will have to provision sufficient time to travel up and down of the unit. The place is very popular for homestays. Don't have after check out service, ie. place to store your luggage before you are off to next destination. Check out time was early at 11am.

The location is great, the amenities as well.

The cleanliness was lacking - lots of mold in the bathroom and the washing machine had thick black mold inside, pieces of garbage on the floor or in the corners. The cleaning had to be redone but still some mold left. We cleaned washing machine ourselves but then found out it makes horrible noise and can’t dry. Was never fixed and we were offered to wash our clothes in another unit on another floor after multiple reminders to the team to solve the situation. Problem resolution and cleanliness are areas for improvement.
