Agoda has misrepresented almost everything here. They lie about the hotel's sauna and fitness facilities. Even the evening photo of the breakfast area is a lie because you can't go there outside of breakfast hours. There's no common area at the hotel. Worse still, the room I rented (economy room) didn't even have a window. There was no kettle either. This wasn't mentioned on Agoda. The worst part was the hotel managers' attitude. Agoda didn't care that I rented a room of that standard and didn't take responsibility, telling me I had to call Agoda myself. Then we wanted to change to a standard room (there were many rooms available), and they tried to calculate the standard room based on the price Agoda had charged them based on their own list price. Since we'd already rented an economy room, they should have reflected the difference between the two rooms in their list price. To avoid being ripped off, we decided to stay in the room. The room's air conditioner was the only source of ventilation, but they had fixed it. When we turned it on, the room was freezing; when we turned it off, it became stuffy. We tried so hard to raise the temperature or just turn on the fan, but they told us they had booked the room considering it was like this. NO, WE DIDN'T PAY THIS MONEY FOR THIS ROOM. Managers are responsible, and customer satisfaction is paramount. They turned my Amasra holiday into a nightmare. There are plenty of hotels at this price where you can see the light of day. Don't waste your money here.
