Kleines, sehr sauberes 1-Zimmer-Apartment, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Keine Terasse und damit keine Privatsphäre außerhalb des Zimmers. Wegen der Lage am Ende einer Gasse und direkt am Meer nicht so tragisch, man kann sich vor das Haus setzen. Abends bei Sonnenuntergang am Meer ist es sehr idyllisch.
Warmes Wasser gibt es nur in der Dusche, zum Geschirrspülen muss man sich mit dem Wasserkocher behelfen. Der Strand ist grobsteinig und weder zum Baden noch für längere Spaziergänge geeignet. Direkt hinter dem Dorf erstreckt sich ein riesiges Areal mit Sonnenkollektoren und Hunderten von Windrädern (weltweit größter Windpark auf einer Insel), sowie eine ENDESA Kraftwerksanlage. Für unser Empfinden ist die Wohnung überteuert.

Posizione fantastica, letteralmente sull'oceano. Addormentarsi e risvegliarsi col suono delle onde non ha eguali... Al mattino ti svegli e prepari la colazione guardando l'oceano. In casa c'è tutto il necessario e anche di più: persino il detersivo per la lavatrice. Abbiamo trovato del buon vino ad accoglierci. Si può fare colazione fuori e prendere il sole sui lettini. Ho un nuovo posto del cuore! Grazie al gentilissimo e disponibilissimo proprietario! In auto si raggiunge abilmente qualsiasi punto dell'isola, gli estremi sono più o meno equidistanti. L'aeroporto è a 15 minuti ma gli aerei non si sentono. C'è una pace assoluta. Maspalomas é a circa 25 minuti. Nel paesino accanto ci sono tutti i principali servizi (supermercato, bar, ristoranti, piscine naturali...).
