Ruim en schoon. Prachtig uitzicht. Mooi balkon met zit- en ligplek. Mooie keuken. Veel kastruimte.
Om het appartement te bereiken moet je 6 trappen op. Er is een liftschacht, maar geen lift. Het gebouw staat al even, komt de lift er nog?
Verlichting in het trappenhuis doet het niet, dus met lampje van mobiel aan om naar boven te kunnen.
Verlichting in het appartement is heel ingewikkeld. Sommige licht knoppen doen het wel, andere niet. Zit geen logica in.
Het appartement bevindt zich in een bouwput, waardoor je de hele dag in de herrie zit.
Achter het gebouw wordt nieuw gebouwd. De hele dag worden rotsen weggehakt, de herrie is niet te doen, waardoor we overdag min of meer verplicht waren om weg te gaan, want zelfs met de deuren dicht is het nog heel lawaaiig. En het is doodzonde om met zulk mooi weer en zo’n mooi balkon binnen op de bank te moeten zitten met de deuren dicht.
Voor het gebouw bevindt zich een scheepswerf waar 24/7 gewerkt wordt, waardoor ook de nachtrust niet gegarandeerd is.
Een prachtig appartement, maar ik zou het niet meer boeken.

Vista mar is a modern unit apartment located about 7 minutes from Downtown Mindelo. It is a self sufficient place with all the amenities for your stay. This unit is located on the 4th floor. Therefore, you need to be in good physical shape to rent this unit. There isn't an elevator. It is quiet at night away from all the noise from the city. It has an excellent view of the ocean where you can enjoy a relaxing time watching the activities of the port. The living room lacks an AC unit where it could be very warm in the summer months. The bedroom has an AC unit. You will need to rent a vehicle to travel back and forth or you will need to walk 1/2 mile uphill and downhill to get a taxi. It is a safe location but the area lacks lighting at night. For my 3 days, I enjoyed my stay.
