Lokasi penginapan ok.Rumah penginapan ok.Cuma owner respon so-so.Gaya acuh tak acuh je.When had problem to refer something, something reply sometimes no reply.

Car parking yang terlalu tinggi.Parking dari petang sampai esok pagi kna charge parking RM78.

住宿的地點很好，走一小段路就會各種店家，滿足住宿的需求 WiFi連線穩定 採光好 有廚房

右邊房間冷氣，異音大聲

The space is large (nice large rooms and balconies). Location is great, 10 min walk to transit, central to the sites in Bukit Bintang (shopping/Jalan Alor Food street etc). Beds were comfortable and there are nice views from the rooms

The space is dated and needs to be updated (there was a large rip in the sofa, the TV and washer/dryer did not work). The sheets/beds were clean but the rest of the place was dirty (shower glass was scummy and there was visible mold in shower). Some visible dirt and hair on floors and lots of dusty surfaces. The shower water was cold. FYI the apartment shares a building with the Ramada Suites hotel but is a privately owned unit (half the building is the Ramada and the other half privately owned condos) so you do have access to the pool but none of the other hotel amenities (such front desk/concierge, maid service, or breakfast bar etc). None of these things were deal breakers for us but were notable.
